Shipping Information: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped to your address with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 working days.
Prepaid Orders: Shipping charges are included in the product price.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat charge of ₹50 will be applicable.
Return & Refund Policy: Returning a product is simple and free of charge.
Customers can avail return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Just click on the “Return & Refund” button within the return period.
We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no extra cost.
Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method or bank account.
⚠️ Important:
You can avail return or exchange only once per Order ID.
Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable in case of return/refund.
Note for Buy One Get One (BOGO) Offers: Products under BOGO offers are eligible for return only within 3 days from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted beyond this period.
